Release Notes: 16.0.2

This release adds quota enforcement, improves performance with object storage backends, adds NAT loopback/hairpinning documentation, and introduces a signup RedirectUrl for smoother partner integrations. It also delivers a long list of stability and UX fixes across the appliance, clients, and myNomadesk.
